Villa Nakash is a unique villa, situated on a private agricultural plot that covers 30 hectares. The planned agricultural area with a citrus grove produces fruit throughout the year.

Used as a decorative garden the authentic agricultural vista surrounds the villa on three sides.

The villa is located adjacent to the sports and leisure facilities: the stables, tennis, bowling and the half Olympic elliptical swimming pool.

The front of the villa includes a garden ecosystem, including unique flora and a giant eucalyptus tree. The tree grows in and around the building where the walls of the kitchen were adapted to the tree.

The design is a combination of Oriental design, local landscaping and local agriculture:
Exotic and authentic.
