Eden neighborhood

The project includes 100 apartments in the new Yizrael Quarter in Afula.

The basic design included a swimming pool for the use of residents, with the pool surrounded by garden apartments and planted gardens.  Diagonal to the buildings and crossing the project is zoned as a public area and this crossing is located exactly where the swimming pool was planned. In order to overcome this obstacle and separate the two halves of the project, we built the public crossing on a bridge that goes over the pool. This means that the contact between passersby and the residents is only visual, creating a fascinating urban experience while allowing for a mutual yet non intrusive existence
