Hotel Orchid Eilat

The Chao-Pia Restaurant had been serving Thai food to residents and tourists in Eilat for some years. Then when Joe Nakash the hotel owner, decided he wanted to stay at the hotel for a few weeks he realized that there was no private suite at the hotel that could cater to his needs, so he decided to build one.

This is where I came into the project and upon reviewing its intricacies, the unique architecture and topography, I recommended that he transform the Chao Pia restaurant into a unique suite that would include a swimming pool and a large terrace for private events, on the lower level of the complex, facing the sea.

The structure of the restaurant lent itself to the transformation and after meticulous planning transformation of the restaurant structure was implemented with the addition of a very unique pool and extension of the terrace above the parking area. This unit offers a feeling of open space facing the sea which enhances the design of the infinity pool, offering an unobstructed view, and a feeling of the pool extending into the Red Sea.
