The basis for the plan is a newly designed dune relief with peaks up to 30 meters high.
The promenade along the beach connects the houses, the dunes and recreation facilities.

It consists of a wooden deck that runs along the dunes. You reach the beach through the boulevard which is marked by two distinctive buildings, one on each side: one is an apartment building with large terraces, the other, the Hotel New Waterway on top of a dune overlooking the river.

There are dwellings in the dunes behind the promenade. The area remains open for recreation – a walk to the beach or a promenade through the dunes
